About Speakers
*** Professor Harold de Walque
Harold de Walque is a born entrepreneur. He has rich working experience globally, especially in South-East Asia including Vietnam for more than 20 years. He was at the head of three successful companies in Information Technology and Services: Transwide, Bancam International Ltd, and Darts-ip.
Currently, he is the founder and CEO of Darts-ip, a unique international service provider for Intellectual Property (IP), active in more than 50 countries. Being a very social and dynamic entrepreneur, he is also a board member of a large number of companies and institutions.
For more than 10 years, he has been teaching the “Business and Financial Planning” course in the EMBA Program at Solvay Brussels School Vietnam.
*** About Mr. Hoang-Anh Le
Mr. Hoang-Anh is a talented entrepreneur who has worked in various fields, from information technology to financial technology to logistics. He has a Ph.D. in information technology from New York University, where he received a full scholarship.
He was also a co-founder and CEO of Sentifi Vietnam, a financial technology company that operated mainly in the US and EU markets. About 5 years ago, he returned to Vietnam and started EcoTruck, a company that operates in the transportation and logistics industry. He chose this challenging field because he saw the problems of Vietnam’s logistics industry and wanted to solve them.
