Mathias Schmit is a professor of Corporate Finance at Solvay Brussels School and a specialist in financial regulation, banking strategy, and risk management. He has served as Director of the Centre for Financial Studies at Solvay and has collaborated on policy analysis projects with the European Commission and the Belgian Financial Services Authority. His academic work is complemented by practical advisory roles in the finance sector.

With academic and consulting work spanning multicultural contexts across Europe and Asia, Claire Gruslin has inspired many generations of students with her courses of Customer Insight and Strategic Intelligence and Marketing Management at Solvay Vietnam. Since 1991, she has held a full-time academic appointment in Marketing, including roles as Professor at HEC Liège and Chairwoman of UER Management. Additionally, Claire is the founder and partner at Elliptic, a consultancy focused on co-designing impactful marketing strategies for companies expanding internationally

Jean-Pierre Baeyens holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree in Management from Solvay Brussels School (ULB, Belgium). He is Professor Emeritus of Marketing and former Dean of Solvay Brussels School Vietnam Master programs. Besides being a Professor, he was in charge of several management and marketing positions at organisations such as Procter & Gamble. Currently, Jean-Pierre Baeyens is the Academic Director of the Solvay AMMCoM Vietnam. In addition to that, he spends a great part of his time giving back to society through strategic mentoring, workshops, inspirational speeches, and serving on the boards.
