The crucial issue we face at developing our career is, how to cope with these challenges. Ms.Kim Anh has 15 years of experience in strategic Human Resource Management and implementation of HR concepts in multinational companies, especially in Organization Restructure, Performance Management System, Company Culture, and Career Development. She also has delivered various consulting projects as well as training in HR & People Management, Selling skills, and other soft skills for local & foreign companies.

She will join the panel discussion as a guest speaker and share her point of view and experience as an employer and top executive manager.
– Dr Trung Dinh, Strategic Mentor, Scientific Director of Vietnam Master Programs
Dr. Dinh has long working experience in multinational companies in Europe and Asia as consultant in the field of Strategy and Change Management. He is also a strategic mentor and executive coach for executives and entrepreneurs from different types of business. Dr. Dinh has spent more than 20 years in the field of education, first as researcher at the University of St. Gallen, later as professor at University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland for Strategic Management. He was also founder of a successful Swiss Master’s Program with a focus on Finance and Banking in Vietnam.
He is author of the book “36 Stratagems”, co-translator of books, such as “New Corporate Governance” by Martin Hilb and “Stratégie et Créativité” by Mark Raison.
– Prof Michel Allé, Dean of Vietnam Master Programs
Prof Allé is an Executive Officer of Finance at SNCB and Dean of Solvay Vietnam. He has teaching at Solvay since 1990, especially in Regulation, Strategy, Corporate Finance. Prof Allé and Solvay aim to provide high quality & up-to-date management education and the evolution in management thinking and practice.
