Business Talk with Yann: ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION

This seminar is based on the knowledge collected from different researchers and practitioners in the field of ISO 9001 Certification. Mr.Yann will present the effects of ISO Certification on the Management’s practices and its benefits to the organization. The seminar also focus on the most frequent barriers or obstacles which impede the success of this International Standards implementation. Based on this diagnosis, he will propose different remedies to the Management with the purpose of, through the lessons learned in the past, improving the QMS (Quality Management System) implementation process of the organization.

SPEAKER
Mr.Yann Le Quang holds an engineering degree and FBA (Fellow of Business Administration) from Canada and is completing a Doctorate in Business Administration. He is a certified auditor in Quality Management  Systems, Environmental Systems and Social Accountability. He has over 44 years of experience in project management, consulting and audits in multi-cultural and international environments. He is a consultant and partner of Cassar Consulting and Partners, operating throughout the world, notably in Asia, Latin Ameria and South America.
