New intakes of 2015 opening in HN and HCMC

 MMBF4 and MBA15 started in Hanoi.

On 12th November, Vietnam Belgium Master Programs in Hanoi, Solvay Brussels School and its partner National Economics University (NEU) organized the Opening ceremony for new students of the two programs MBA and MMBF. Together with the Co- directors of the programs, Rector of NEU attended the ceremony giving speech to new students of the two programs that they have made important decisions in their career and lives and therefore sufficient efforts and the quality of the programs will surely lead them to success.

The opening also witnessed the presentation of “Promising Leader” scholarship to 3 MBA students for winning the competition among 16 scholarship applicants. 220 million dongs were offered to support their MBA journey. 



MBA intake 16 in HCMC was opened on 14th November. The opening was organized on the same day of the Alumni’s day where new students could have chance to meet alumni of the Solvay Viet Bi Programs. Vice Rector of HCMC Open University Dr Le Thi Thanh Thu together with the Co-Directors of the programs, Prof. Marianne Claes and Dr Tran Anh Tuan attended the event. On behalf of the academic board, Prof Marianne Claes has shared some orientation on the journey of MBA that each student is going through. Two alumni were invited to the ceremony to share their experience on study methodology as well as the tips to overcome difficulties confronted during 2 years of study.

Talking about the profile of the students this year, Prof Marianne mentioned about their seniority. Most students are now in high level positions with average working experience of 5-6 years and they want to systemize their knowledge and reinforce their management skills to cope with the constant changes of the economy.

At the opening, two candidates were awarded “Promising Leader” scholarship valued up to 165 million dongs. 

MBA program by Solvay Viet Bi is perceived as one of the most practical European program in Vietnam. For 20 years, there have been more than 840 MBA graduates.
