Course: Business & Marketing Planning 

 
Objective: to offer planning & control tools widely used in marketing management. It will bring students very practical models allowing to prepare full business planning, new product launches, current multi-product portfolio planning, etc. The course will also distinguish between pure marketing planning and overall business planning and will show how multinational companies undergo their marketing budgeting cycles.

Career:

·         More than 20 years of experience in multi-cultural environments - as manager, consultant, facilitator and trainer in the areas of communication, team development, marketing and sales.

·         experienced practitioner of the psychometrics MBTI ®  DISC ®  and TKI ®  and co-founded the BrandDecode™ company, which leverages human sciences for stronger branding

·         During 10 years ( 1988-1997) Jean-Pierre held various marketing positions in American multinationals (P&G, RJR Nabisco, The Coca-Cola Company).

·         In 1997, he founded MARKET  LINK to advise and coach commercial teams in product and service companies

·         Manager independent since 1997 and person in charge of marketing communication in Ethias since 1999

·         Active for both product and service companies, he worked for companies such as : Belgacom, Beiersdorf, Dexia, Gallaher Ltd, ING, Lafarge,RTL, Sodexo, Spadel, Skynet.

  • He founded the MARKET LINK Training Center in 2002.

Current position:

·         external marketing expert for the Arthur D. Little consulting firm.
